La receta que hoy presentamos es bastante variable. La que yo os enseño es la tradicional, aunque a esta receta de ensaladilla rusa siempre se le pueden añadir ingredientes como pimientos asadas o aceitunas.
Ingredientes
Patatas
Atún de lata
Huevos
Mayonesa de bote
Sal
PREPARACIÓN
En ollas distintas podremos a cocer las patatas y los huevos, cuando estén listos los pelaremos y dejaremos que se enfríen.
Las patatas la podemos machacar o trocear, esto lo haremos según nuestro gustos. Añadiremos la sal, el atún sin el aceite que la lata trae, y los huevos cocidos troceados a excepción de una yema y uno entero, por último agregaremos la mayonesa hasta que llegue a un punto en que todo esté bien empapado. Reservaremos un poco de la mayonesa.
Disponemos la mezcla en una fuente o un plato hondo, según cuando hayamos preparado y le situaremos una capa fina de mayonesa por toda la superficie, además decoraremos con el huevo cortado en lonchas y la yema rayada como si fuese queso.
